OCTOBER 14th at @capsule_corp_nutrition @snapfitnesskenosha for a special guest appearance featuring the king of bodybuilding 8X Mr ⭕️ @ronniecoleman8! Tentative schedule: - 11:30am-2pm meet and greet at C2 with Ronnie (purchase RCSS Supplements, meet Ronnie, autographs and pics etc) - 2 to 3pm deadlift challenge for reps! $10 to enter the deadlift competition. *all participants must sign gym waiver. We will sponsor a @rcss_supplements stack, InBody scan, autograph and photo with Ronnie for 1 male and 1 female winner. Males 225 lbs for reps and females 135 lbs for reps.
