Athlete workshop featuring Ms Wellness International (Arnold Classic Champ) and top Wellness Olympian Kassy Gillis, plus Olympians Andre Adams (Physique) and Kaylee Essers (Figure). Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Men's Physique, Classic Physique and Bodybuilding. Covered in this workshop: Quad & Glute Camp with the Olympians at Snap Fitness Kenosha Posing demonstrations Comparison rounds & mandatories practice Each participant will be able to practice & pose with personalized critique Q&A and photos with the Pros Athlete swag bags will be provided by sponsors! The first 10 registrations will receive a FREE premium course sponsored by National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)!
